Watch Serena Williams Train Venus in This 40-Minute Workout, and Then Try It For Yourself!

If you’re like me, you often wonder what your favorite athletes do to train in order to be the best in the world. I have a list of athletes I’d love to shadow for a day and work out with, and Serena Williams and Venus Williams are definitely on the top of it! Fortunately for me, and everyone else who feels the same way, Serena and Venus hosted a virtual training session on Instagram that anyone can follow along with.

“Today we’re going to do a little bit of my warmup. A lot of people ask ‘What does Serena do?’ Or maybe no one has ever asked what Serena does, but I’m assuming that people do,” Serena joked at the beginning of the video. Serena explained that the workout, which she refers to as a warmup, is “a little intense,” and suggests following the modified version (demonstrated by Venus) if any of the movements don’t work for you — or just drink a mimosa and watch, Serena playfully suggested.

If you’re down to try Serena’s workout, grab a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and sliders if you have them. And if you’re not in the mood to train, just enjoy the love, fun, and positive energy the duo exudes throughout the entire video.
